@Lana don't worry, it's nothing too critical and it happens maybe once a month. Worst case is my blood pressure goes down a tad too quickly which would still be too high on a normal day 😅 I know of the dangers and I'm not in the habit of risking my health more than usual. Thank you for caring 🥰
