Placed an order yesterday that never arrived, called the help number and got the *NEW* Safeway AI assistant. After going in circles for five minutes, I finally managed to be switched to a person.
She asked how she could help me, and I told her the AI assistant was just awful. She sighed deeply and said "Sir, everyone who calls tells me the same thing..." 🤦♂️
