The xlibre devs (or at least the people who made the website, https://x11libre.net/#about) are against DEI (see second-to-last sentence of fourth paragraph of what I linked). Do what you will with that information. Alpine and Chimera Linux have rejected XLibre for the same reason.

@swirly the project has been fuelled by neonazi conspiracy theories from the start, and that needs to be mentioned every time we talk about xlibre, else we get people who consider it seriously without knowing it’s the most egregious example of fashware concieved

@swirly in the tech space there are hardly any fascist buttfaces more obnoxious than the sorts who started & maintain xlibre

it’s rotten to the core and being rotten to the core is its whole reason for existence; other projects wouldn’t let them spout their unhinged antivax & *phobic & trumpist & etc. bullshit in their spaces, so they made their own fork to proudly present as having “no politics”
