Cute cartoon, but it expresses a disatisfaction with life, so I feel compelled to reach out.

I want to encourage you to investigate meditation/self-awareness techniques because they helped me so much with identifying patterns of behavior that were hurting me.

After identifying my problems, I used my understanding of neuroplasticity to help form new/better habits, and I've seen a lot of progress in myself.

I hope you wake up feeling better one day soon. I know you can do it
