Nuvole giudiziarie sul trapper Bello Figo, vero nome Paul Yeboah, che è comparso ieri 2 aprile in tribunale a Bergamo imputato in un processo per violenza sessuale. La presunta vittima è una ragazza che all’epoca dei fatti – la notte tra il 6 e il 7 gennaio del 2023 – era solo quindicenne. Il processo è stato rinviato all’8 ottobre, quando sarà sentito Bello Figo. Gli avvocati del trapper hanno dichiarato: “Trattasi di accusa relativa a un presunto fugace palpeggiamento”.
Dopo una serata in un locale di Treviolo (Bergamo), dove la ragazza stava festeggiando il compleanno con alcuni amici, il trapper – al termine di una sua esibizione – l’avrebbe invitata nel suo camerino.
“Mi ha chiesto se volessi fare ‘after’ insieme a lui, ma ho risposto di no – ha raccontato la giovane al giudice -. Poco dopo mi è stato proposto di andare nel suo camerino”. Richiesta cui la ragazza ha detto di aver risposto in modo vago.
E ancora: “Più tardi un bodyguard mi ha presa e, strattonandomi, mi ha portata nel camerino, dove c’erano anche altre persone. Lì mi è stato chiesto di dove fossi e quanti anni avessi, così ho risposto e uno dei bodyguard ha replicato alla mia età dicendo ‘carne fresca’. A un certo punto il trapper si è avvicinato e mi ha molestata“. Per uscire dal camerino il bodyguard le ha chiesto un bacio sulla guancia. Della serata sarebbero anche state scattate delle fotografie, poi pubblicate sui social e seguite da commenti sgradevoli.
La giovane non si era rivolta alle forze dell’ordine, venendo però contattata due giorni dopo dai carabinieri, in merito alla denuncia presentata da una ragazza e un ragazzo – che lei non conosceva – che avevano subito trattamenti simili da parte dei bodyguard nel camerino del locale di Treviolo.
La difesa ha offerto alla ragazza 2.500 euro di risarcimento: il trapper disconosce le accuse di violenza sessuale, ma si rende conto che i commenti alle foto sui social siano stati inappropriati e sgradevoli, causando un danno alla giovane.

Clouds surrounding the rapper Bello Figo, whose real name is Paul Yeboah, who appeared in court in Bergamo yesterday, April 2nd, accused in a trial for sexual assault. The alleged victim is a girl who at the time of the events – the night between January 6th and 7th, 2023 – was only fifteen years old. The trial was postponed to October 8th, when Bello Figo will be questioned. The rapper’s lawyers stated: “This is an accusation related to a supposed fleeting brush with the hand.”
After an evening at a Treviolo (Bergamo) venue, where the girl was celebrating her birthday with some friends, the rapper – at the end of his performance – would have invited her into his dressing room.
“He asked me if I wanted to do ‘after’ with him, but I said no – the young woman told the judge -. Shortly after, I was offered to go into his dressing room.” The girl responded vaguely to this request.
And still: “Later, a bodyguard took me and, pulling me, took me into the dressing room, where there were also other people. There, I was asked where I was and how old I was, so I answered and one of the bodyguards replied with my age saying ‘fresh meat’. At some point, the rapper approached me and harassed me.” To leave the dressing room, the bodyguard asked her for a kiss on the cheek. Photographs of the evening were also taken, then published on social media and followed by unpleasant comments.
The young woman did not contact the police, but was contacted two days later by the Carabinieri, regarding the complaint filed by a girl and a boy – whom she did not know – who had suffered similar treatment by the bodyguards in the dressing room of the Treviolo venue.
The defense offered the girl €2,500 in compensation: the rapper denies the charges of sexual assault, but recognizes that the comments on the photos on social media were inappropriate and unpleasant, causing harm to the young woman.
