Using AI is giving the means of production to the rich another time. And if you now want to argue, if it helps you in any way, it's giving the means of production to the rich; if it's not helping you, you shouldn't use it in the first place.

Don't be a strikebreaker! Don't help the rich! Show solidarity with your fellows! You don't need to be “more productive”! Especially if this doesn't mean you have to work much less for the same money.
