BashStKid@Greenseer I don’t know, but I wonder if that’s a factory undercoat? Do choppers have an equivalent of delivery numberplates if they’re getting the topcoat and ID after delivery?
@BashStKid That's interesting suggestion. Tho I would have assumed even then they'd need a temporary ID number for flight. I was wondering if it could be permissible for at risk VIP transport?
