I decided my favourite joke in Hot Fuzz is actually a silent one.

It's the callback to "Everyone and their mums is packing round here."

(I do also like the Judge Judy line)

Also, youngest Child, who is now aged 14, and has seen Hot Fuzz several times before, got to the 'church scene' and said "What is this rated?!"

I may be an irresponsible parent.
