JFC this is AI slop nonsense. There was a vuln but if you look at the actual CVE Microsoft fixed it and there is no action needed by users:

"No patch yet" - Microsoft already patched it!

"Restrict access and monitor urgently" - this will do nothing and there is nothing to monitor.

Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my life and causing a brief panic.

The worst thing about this is that if you search the CVE number, the _ACTUAL_ page from Microsoft is nowhere in the search results, and the first 10 links are bullshit AI panic-mongering slop. None of them link back to the actual CVE. So if you're trying to find out more official information about what's actually going on, you are extremely out of luck.
