@goatrodeo It's sort of true and sort of not true. You can't really literally sue just anyone for anything. There must be a credible case, and it frankly doesn't matter if people like ME say it, because I'm not prominent enough for my remarks to rise to defamation. More suable sources are careful in their wording to avoid this. None of them say what this poster does, in so many words.

All that said, it's still true that discovery in such a case could be ruinous for him.
