The opinion from the Office of Legal Counsel said that because it believes the Presidential Records Act is unconstitutional, President Trump does not need to comply with it.

@BakerRL75 Which is one excellent example of why the Justice Dept. doesn't get to decide these things.

@BakerRL75 Of course it's not so simple, but in the end it will wind up in the courts for a decision. Hopefully they will do the right things and force their release, although by then they will mostly be lost/deleted/missing/redacted/etc. by those serial criminals.
