Last month was Ralph Baer’s birthday !
Ralph invented “the brown box” which turned into the Magnavox Odyssey. The first home video console ever !
If your like me and love video games particularly console video games then you owe Ralph a bit gratitude.
He was an avid inventor he even created the popular electronic game Simon.
I seldom see his name mentioned in the mainstream when it comes to console history.
Ralph died back in 2014. I’ll do my best at least once a year to make sure the world remembers him and what he did ..
