@alice what I have learned that commercially driven entities no matter what are initial settings will lean towards greed, unless explicitly said otherwise.
Thus there can be no loyalty to something that is not a person and will change accordingly by the rules of greed and entity itself.
Greed simply generates vacuum of responsibility and empathy within organisation, and justifies and amplifies worst instincts of people of sociopathic nature.
Only exception is self organised workforce.
