Just seen Peter Hook + The Light play the AB in Brussels.

Amazing show. I was blown away by the musicianship and the emotion they put into the songs. The last song, Love Will Tear Us Apart, moved me to tears. First time ever at a gig.

@robertpi I was cynical about a lot of that kind of stuff but my late brother said he’d seen PH and The Light a few times and it was great. I’ve only seen footage online but have to say my cynicism was broken down pretty quickly.

Yeah, I sentimental music tours from big names. But this felt different, just five guys playing songs they loved

I saw New Order a few years ago, without Peter Hook, and honestly, this was better. It was a buzz seeing New Order, but they were going through the motions.
