Leonid@tante and one of the Outlooks has a toggle switch „New Outlook“. Which is somewhat updated version of the old outlook..

We install new office and assign expensive license.
New Office breaks, because it assumes AD and Exchange must also be new version.
We try to roll back to old version.
New version can't be removed cleanly and blocks install of old version. Because only one Office install at a time.
Entire machine needs to be re-provisioned.
