I need to go to the store, but it is 6 miles round trip. about 10km. I don't do as much walking as I probably should, but my dad is a runner, & I think I got some of those genes.🕶️
But 10km, without a sidewalk, on rural roads.. I've said it before, but I kind of fear for my life.🥶
So, I think at least one way, I'll use a rideshare. I haven't used a rideshare before, but they brought mom home from the VA in another state. So I want to give them a try. 5km is not so terrifying, maybe.

That was a trek! I don't think I've walked that far at once in almost 30 years.
I sang all sorts of songs, only stopped to photograph a few plants.
There were some pretty clover like plants with intense dark red flower heads that look like mulberries.
I think some plover were trying to distract me.
About 3 hours on my feet. 3 seems to be the magic number for today.
My knees aren't as painful as 30 years ago. :)
