As Anthropic has publicly boasted that "Claude Code is 100% written by Claude Code" and the Supreme Court just said that AI works are not copyrightable, how is it possible that Anthropic has standing to issue a DMCA 512 takedown?
Shouldn't these notices simply be ignored (we're sorry you published your trade secret).
