@stylus canonically, Klingons have two of every internal organ, so that if one is damaged they have a spare. That means... Two hearts, two sets of lungs, two spleens, and yes logically two complete sets of esophageal tracts, stomachs, intestines. And if you have two lower intestines, you have... Two buttholes.
