That final statement of arrogance and apathy is what says yes, this was murder.
Authorities, with every advantage and resource, discarded an old, confused, blind immigrant. A refugee. Representatives of the US government - if the government doesn't prosecute their negligence, then this government endorses it, embraces it, the cruelty.
We will all be poor and disabled at some point. Will our tax payer dollars be used to humiliate & discard us?
State prosecution is the way forward.
