The font is Texturina by Guillermo Torres (https://github.com/Omnibus-Type/Texturina), a free font released under the SIL Open Font License. Centre font is Texturina Bold, Subtitle font is Texturina Medium, Edge font is Texturina Medium and Medium Italic. It's a very simple design that's recreatable in any design tool (or even something like Powerpoint).
