Awesome changelog! What is the usual timing between github release and fdroid packaging? I've checked and it's still 2.47 there (waiting the fdroid release to nudge my contacts to upgrade).

Yeah something weird happened. I updated the app but fdroid was showing me that the update was to 2.47. Apparently it was 2.48. Oh well, fdroid mysteries. Now it shows that 2.48 is installed
