Also I wanna add, I mention Lemmy because I’m basically just copy pasting the announcements year after year with minimal changes, but Piefed gaining traction means I will have to figure out a word to include both softwares, I don’t think we have a word for both Lemmy+Piefed yet so I’ll think about it. Anyway what I’m trying to say is that Piefed instances are obviously welcome and I consider them Lemmy instances for the purpose of the contest. Maybe long term this means changing the contest name to something more generalist? Maybe opening the contest to other fediverse software? Idk yet…
