@catzilla I will say this for that place: at least the owner has opinions. For my sins, I sometimes gawk at Toronto real estate listings and there are tons of them that have exactly zero character, where everything is bland flat modern for millions of dollars. This one, you can't say that about. Good character? Maybe not. But definitely some character, I'll give it that.
(You'd think people with millions of dollars would want something other than bland, but ... I dunno.)
