Bastian AllgeierAs a fan of the book, Project Hail Mary was great. I loved that it stayed so close to the book, even for the ending.
But the story has aged quite badly. The world coming together to solve a problem for humanity seems so far fetched nowadays.
Pavol Salgari@bastianallgeier@bastianallgeier I was disappointed by the movie. I bought the book three days before the movie had been available in the cinemas, and I truly loved it. I was pumped for the movie but then disappointed; nearly the whole movie was like a comedy. They left out a lot of things which created mystery, drama, and tension. And I was surprised how people who didn't read the book were able to follow up on things on a big screen. I would be confused without prior reading of the book
