#VibeCoding killing #OpenSource is a serious concern! I often ask AI to find packages / tools that could help with a certain problem when a traditional web search doesn't reveal enough, and I let AI write regular expressions or create dictionaries. But I always make sure to credit #devs and projects whose code I use, especially when I am sharing it with my students. We need a stronger citation culture in programming and make sure that people who code remain visible! 👩🏼‍💻
