@CavedaleRhones I give a lot away, and keep a lot in case I don't feel like doing it next year. Or maybe the weather will go bonkers next year, as it has in recent years, and won't be good for sap runs. We've had some years where it was 25C in for a week in March, and it opened all the buds and ruined the sap.
