@wetsocks a shiny object that people look at to avoid thinking about how everything is falling apart
i can say more but only if you want a lot of doom and gloom in explicit detail. So I'd like permission before proceeding further along this line of inquiry just because i don't want to depress anything/anyone too much more

(personally it feels like artemis ii is a reminder that good things can still happen despite everything going on, not that it's pretending everything is fine just because of the shiny object)
