Trump’s declaring victory (which he hasn’t achieved) and quitting, which is about the best we could hope for at this point.
He accomplished almost nothing.

@samlitzinger @lisamelton He has ceased control of the Strait of Hormuz to Iran, which is free to ship oil again. He has demonstrated not once but twice that the US could not destroy the nuclear facilities of Iran. He has shown that the US cannot defend its bases and its allies in the Near East.
He has accomplished quite a lot, just not in the winning department.
