The inhumanity guts me but it's the inability to hold everyone involved responsible - from deputies 1 & 2 all the way up to #SanDiego Sheriff Martinez - that infuriates me

I so appreciate the jail death reporting of Kelly Davis and Jeff McDonald from the #SanDiego Union-Tribune. I've been following the County's Citizen Law Enforcement Review Board activity for 3+ years and I still didn't understand the importance of this case until reading the article linked above

CLERB deliberations are done in closed session. I hope they make the right finding.
