@SteveFoerster @gnome libgdata was archived 4 years ago. There were multiple posts and threads asking for new maintainers, nobody wanted to do the work.
Realistically, Foundation isn't at the moment yet to fund many other important aspects of GNOME and Google Drive integration is just not the priority. It would be cool if someone wanted to pick up corpse of libgdata, but I doubt it'll happen.
