@sonicwalker Yeah, I do have an account, or two, on .social, but don't necessarily stay on top of which features roll out when, mostly just when they're merged. (Shout out to @mergebot!)
And similarly, I am not adventurous enough to run the nightly versions on my own server.
Often I am very tempted!
But likely won't have the time to handle a rollback in case something doesn't work out.

Not sure yet how it works.
I used to run my own instance but stopped doing that. Mastodon updates usually went smoothly. Better than some of the other projects.
