This evil motherfucker's lawyers are in the Supreme Court right now arguing that Native Americans don't have birthright citizenship.

Where the fuck are you going to deport a Native American to you absolute doorknob? Their generational home land is HERE. You can't have an "illegal native American". It's kind of in the fucking name.

@Lana To take my citizenship away, they'd have to undo the Snyder Act of 1921 (native citizenship and healthcare), then undo the 1868 Treaty of Bosque Redondo that specifically prohibits me from raiding wagon trains and interfering with the construction of railroads (Article 9) as a condition for receiving education benefits (albeรฏt compulsory).

@Lana The details of these treaties are discussed in all Navajo Government classes in my high school.
