It is so funny how English-language podcasts love to serve me Spanish commercials, mostly for Smith's. Probably yet another case of somebody not realizing #NewMexico is part of the US.

@akkana Hah! I've had geotargeted Spanish podcast ads served at me in several places that rely on Latin American labor outside NM. You have to laugh at how targeted ads are as clumsy as they are aggressive.

@akkana For an Acast podcast originating just outside London downloaded variously in Wyoming and Nevada, I've had Spanish language ads for groceries too. Mostly I got how great it would be to work for Amazon and they'll even pay for classes for advancement!
