You can. Save, attach, add alt text, and repost. But mind that someone could have intentionally skipped alt-text.


Andi @Bild.Reise – if you intentionally omitted alt-text because you do not want to enrich #silconiac owners by giving their monsters a food to learn how to falsify art. If this was your intent, you should explain it above the photo, or in the very alt-text containing #noai tag.

@futurebird @Bild.Reise ty for alt text! Despite the other reply suggesting that omitting alt text might somehow be virtuous bc “damn the AI,” it’s critical for access! Art, information, education, etc should be accessible!
