Boris Schapira (Pro)@HTeuMeuLeu Just discovered that this "was CSS", to later discover it's in a draft https://css.properties/voice-stress/, which is itself a rewrite of CSS2.1 Aural, which never got supported. So, some "is CSS" is BS.
