Nate A.M.I've known for a while that I don't have the same relationship with time as most, but the "Wow Haruhi is 20 years old! My back seized!" thing just fundamentally doesn't compute with me.

And part of that is probably because I only got into anime in 2009, but Madoka Magica is turning 15 and I don't feel particularly weird about that either. Like, for particular personal reasons I feel *very* weird about getting older, but I don't struggle with TIME_ELAPSED_SINCE_EVENT
