Just for clarity, they did it on free speech grounds. So where we're at is that it's more important for bigot nazis to be able to call their children abominations and unnatural, than it is that we ensure non-hetero children survive to become adults. That's where we're at; they just legalized conversion therapy, on SPEECH grounds.
Even setting aside that this will MURDER queer kids - do you have any idea what kinda pandora's box they just opened up in medical care?
Oh, and only one judge voted against it - for the "the courts will save us crowd" assuming you haven't died of shame yet...
