Grumpy PhilosopherToday, my football team - @[email protected] - appointed a manager who publicly supported a rapist & domestic abuser. I’m deeply saddened. I’ve just cancelled my membership, as well as that of my son, & written to them to explain why. I’m no longer a supporter. An awful day.
On the plus side, while the club wallows in a cesspit of failure and immorality, I’m going to save a fortune in club membership, ticket prices, travel, merch, and TV subscriptions. I’m going to redirect my Tottenham membership fees towards Women’s Aid & Rape Crisis. No more #COYS for me.
