im endlessly annoyed with the hypocrisy that people spout when they whine about "political violence is bad" whenever a fascist politician gets killed when that same fascist politician was killing multitudes of minorities via policy on the regular.

you cant bitch about political violence being bad while in the same breath enabling politicians to continue doing state sanctioned political violence.

the "political violence is bad" ship fucking sailed years ago, arguably centuries ago. clinging to the idea that its morally abhorrent and must be shunned wont fix the system; nor will it bring back all the people dead or actively dying from it now.

just because it was done with a pen passively and not actively with a weapon doesn't make it any better or morally superior. either its all bad or none of it is.
