@pikesley No, but I once woke up in the middle of the night having realised how to do it in C with right shift operators. Or was it left shift. Anyway. This was 1992 or so, and the place I worked in Cheltenham (wink, wink) didn’t allow you to take stuff in or out, so I had to code it and then memorise the method.
