Woah, they've burying the lede on the #CanPL changes: In addition to the new maybe-awesome-maybe-catastrophic offside rule, there's a new playoff format, updated salary cap info AND a change-the-direction-of-play for time wasting rule I've been in love with since I first heard it pitched in someone's EPL podcast.
