Knowledge is like a foreign body in a group of people
unless all share it and agree on it is going to be a matter of contention.
So either knowledge is incorporate as common
or it is abandoned as not suitable
or the person(s) who believes in this knowledge leaves the group

then there's another option where a person begins to understand that knowledge should not be the cause of division. I know that I don't know.
