@janl ai slop code? bad training data? just seems weird because you’d think they’d have data showing it’s getting worse.

@ellyxir @janl As best I can tell, they switched to a “context-aware” probabilistic model rather than a dictionary-based approach. It’s never been purely backed by a dictionary, but I think it at least allowed dictionary words when the probabilistic model judged them unlikely. Now it’s just forcibly regressing to the mean.
