I _think_ the 130% stuff is popularization fluff. Up to now, the limit for converting solar energy to electricity was around 43% (if I remember right). Possibly they mean the new limit with the spin-flip magic is closer to 60%. ?? I can't imagine Kyushu Uni or JACS would publish drivel. Right??
