Why?
When I live in one place, one state, one independant jurisdiction sould a third party government claim the right to access my personal data or information; from outside my state.

Why should a government agency say in Russia, China or the United State claim the authority access and read my email, personal messages or conversations.

They do not have the right to enter my home to take hand written notes or letters. Some people are arrangant theives, #digitalsovereignty matters.
