On one hand, people in other countries should be at least mildly offended that the White House is ordering US embassies to push pro-war with Iran propaganda on them and promote pro-US voices in their discourse because while we've been doing that for decades, you're not supposed to say it out loud. Otoh, the fact that the best they've come up with is "pay bootlickers to post on Twitter about it" is VERY indicative of the sophisticated rhetorical capabilities of this current US regime.
