Feedbin users have already had access to the first revision of this feature. But thanks to the same tech built by Feedbin, it now makes sense to add for local accounts too.

@perdido that's my hope. My biggest challenge is how to explain in the UI that these would be local-only. FreshRSS doesn't have a sync mechanism for ad-hoc articles like Feedbin does.
