This has been one of my major issues #3Dprinting while watching prints for bed separation with ABS.

What's worse is when there is both a chamfer and bed separation.

I look forward to switching back to PLA, which doesn't have the heat resistance I need right now, but at least warps far less.

@matt5sean3 Perhaps certain kinds of PLA or PETG work for you? I've seen some "high temperature" blends that supposedly push the material's ability greatly.

After a month of working with ABS, I'm doing well with ABS now. It didn't help that the first spools I bought were absolute bargain basement quality. ABS can be fine and can have some clear advantages if it's good quality. Those early days with lots of warping and cracking sucked, though.
