If they just got one other person to take public transport they would save the fare the other one person evaded. It should be about promoting public transport not discouraging it through fare checks.

not seen one to do this myself ... it bugs me that the 'how' is not listed anywhere, but this is nothing out of character for Transport Canberra.. who cancels buses with no notice in the middle of large events..
Worse that it's a weekend, and your route is only 2 hourly..

@cheryanne or like Civic TC info office, where the guy will walk past you standing at the counter, nod at you, then go water the plants on the path, wander back in and go out back, ignoring you. After about 5 minutes I got the shits and walked off .. but I guess that's what he wants.
