Panic breaks out on board a #DeltaAirlines Airbus en route to Atlanta after an engine failure with visible fire. Flight crew return to São Paulo.

This was a fire in the left engine of a Delta A330-300 twin-engine jet aircraft shortly after takeoff from São Paulo (DL104, approximately 288 passengers on board.

Because the right engine was fully operational, the danger to the aircraft was minimal: A330s are certified to fly and land safely on one engine, and pilots train for this repeatedly isolating the failed engine, using onboard fire extinguishers, and returning to airport safely.
They briefly climbed to about 4,500 feet, declared an emergency, and landed safely back at GRU after 10 minutes in the air.
There were no injuries, despite debris and visible flames (which explain the panic on board in the video).
The overall risk was managed and contained according to standard procedures.
